- Lead counsel in hundreds of civil litigations, most all of which involved intellectual property issues (trade dress, copyright, trademark, patent), privacy, wiretapping, electronic communications or data security.
- Trial Attorney: first chair attorney for complex jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts.
- Class Action Attorney: class counsel in matters involving data breaches, including MDL matters.
- Conducted or defended over one hundred fifty (150) fact and expert depositions in civil matters.
- Broad litigation skills: discovery, pleadings, author briefs, prepare and argue motions.
- Successful appellate advocacy in the Fourth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, and Tenth Circuit.

- Practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board handling trademark oppositions and cancellations.
- Technology licensing and contract negotiations in web development, social media, software, and more.
